Credits-Only Billing
LittlePull operates on a prepaid credits model. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no recurring charges. You purchase credits in advance and consume them per API request. API calls are rejected when your credit balance reaches zero; no debt is incurred.
Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
However, if a verified technical failure on our part causes an incorrect or erroneous deduction from your credit balance, you are eligible for a credit refund equivalent to the amount incorrectly charged. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your registered account email address.
- The date and approximate time of the transaction in question.
- A description of the technical issue that caused the incorrect deduction.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
No Subscription Cancellations
Because LittlePull has no subscription plans, there is no subscription to cancel. Unused credits remain in your balance indefinitely and are available for future API requests.
